Our story

The idea "Local Minds" was born out of frustration on a couch north of Stockholm: why are so few people contributing to their residential area?

Our founders later met thanks to a tip from PropTech profile Magnus Svantegård – and immediately realized that they shared the same idea, but saw it from different perspectives. Patrik had moved from the world of finance via startups in the US and Karma to exploring how technology can inspire people to do small, good deeds. Johan, a former CEO in the public sector, had delved into what makes people take care of their homes and each other. He created the 3KO method – but also wanted to find ways to highlight rewards, not just consequences.

The result was Local Minds: a simple and inviting platform that, with a short start, creates incentives for tenants to take care of their apartments in a committed way, contribute to finer residential areas and build relationships with each other. Local Minds is built on the power of the local – and on the fact that the right ideas, in the right hands, can make entire neighborhoods flourish.

We're just waiting to talk tenant behavior with you!

Achieve business goals that involve the tenant

Your business wants to take a step forward. But the tenant doesn't have the support. Reasonable, as the tenants lack the necessary incentives.
